THE USER JOURNEY

The user sees the keyboard CTA(s), prompting them to activate your branded keyboard in exchange for a reward (ex: discounts or rewards points). After the user downloads your keyboard, the keyboard CTA(s) disappears, and your app home screen goes back to its default state.

When the user taps the CTA they will be walked through a simple activation flow that lets them know what to expect from the keyboard. This includes a privacy statement.

The OS asks the user if the keyboard can connect to the internet (full access). The keyboard will still function without this, but the user will not receive AI-powered text suggestions.

Once the activation flow is complete, the user is taken back to the main app and able to use their new keyboard everywhere on their device!
